If you want the best value for your hard earned money no one is going to give you more for you money than Hofmeister Personal Jewelers. Most “Mall Stores” have a simple philosophy of trickery. ‘We will put it our case for a ridiculously high dollar value then we will discount is heavily to give the perception of a good deal.’ The problem is on comparable items even after they make them 70% off Hofmeister Personal Jewelers price is still lower!

Aren’t I paying for your big building if I come there?
In 1990 Hofmeister Personal Jewelers was still in Glendale Mall. We had resided there for 15 years. We were in the middle of contract negations when something became Very apparent. We were going to be making our customers continually pay more for their jewelry than if we created our own destination store. You see almost all Malls, enclosed, strip, or Lifestyle Centers make you pay percentage rent on top of your regular rent!!! The amount of rent we’d have paid to stay in Glendale Mall for the five years of 1991 through 1996 more than paid for our Building and Land! Hofmeister Personal Jewelers is in a very unique position that almost NO Other jeweler in town can Boast we own our Building, we own our Land! This makes our Overhead Less which in turn gives you Better value when you are buying Jewelry form HPJ

What do you mean by custom?
Custom Jewelry, this is making, altering, transforming your ideas, your gems or ours into an heirloom that is Personally made for you or your loved one. We can take Grandma’s ring and make a few changes to make it more You while keeping the feel and flavor of the treasure she handed down to you! You can come in with an idea for a masterpiece that you have only seen in visions in your mind and our Award winning designer can listen to you and translate those ideas onto paper then to computer imaging then to the incredible craftsman to turn those dreams into reality!

Can’t I get an appraisal anywhere?
There are hundreds of places that say that they do Appraisals on jewelry. What are their qualifications?? Would you go to someone to operate on your heart that had not been trained to do so!!! I think not! Well your jewelry was a gift from the heart and it should be treated as such! Here at Hofmeister Personal Jewelers we have two Certified Gemological Appraisers on Staff, as well a Certified Gemologist and several more Title holders of different degree’s from the Gemological Institute of America, and the American Gem Society. This combined with our Accredited Gemological Laboratory truly makes Hofmeister Personal Jewelers the Best place for you to receive Insurance Appraisals, Estate Appraisals, or any other need for valuation that you might have.
